-Meeting was held by MWA on June 9, 2010 in Middletown HS Cafeteria. 4 people were in attendance.
 
-No treasurer report was given
 
-Car Wash--Profit of $364 was made which was held on Sat. June 5 at Dailey's Gulf in Middletown.
       - Talked about having another car wash this summer would look at  a  
         later date.
       -  11 wrestlers and 2 senior wrestler helped at car wash.  Possibly 7 of
           them going to camp at Pitt.  Profits from car wash to be divided
           among those going to camp that helped at car wash.
 
-Cookbooks--Door to door sales to be on Sun. June 14.  Meeting at the    Killian's home at 12 pm.   The funds from the cookbook sales would benefit those gong to the Pitt camp for those going door to door.
 
-Camp-Pitt camp is from July7-11.  Need to ask Coach Nauman how many of the Middletown wrestlers are attending.  
        -School vans will be used for transportation and all money due from
          wrestlers due on July 1st.
 

=Golf Tournament-Sponsor letter was proofread and approved. copies to be
   made and distributed by hand and mailed also.
        -Pamphlet changes were made and sent to Elite Designs. Now awaiting update from them on changes.
        -Food discussed and chicken dinner was decided.  Sunset has Commonwealth caterers and would ask them if we could have another caterer brought in.
        -Presently we need 4 man teams, donations, and gift prizes for the tournament.
 
-Beast Tickets-Need to contact them on number of tickets and if we order too any tickets can we cancel some of them.
 
-Fundraisers-Suggestions were Dip packet sales, Aunt Annies pretzel kits, Discount cards, Entertainment books, and cookbooks.  Would decide at a later meeting what we would decide on selling.
       -Discussed on looking into having a craft show next winter at the HS and to check with Crafters Unlimited on dates and how things are done.
       -Mr. Killian wants to have a Power Curl contest at the school.  There would be an entry fee, different divisions including Womans, Mens, teens ect.  Will be looking fr canopies and small amount of food sell.  Need to ask school about a date when decided. Looking at a sat in Aug.
      - He will check on tank shirts to made for event with sponsors. Will also decide on awards to be given.
 

 -Mr Killian would get with wrestlers fro design of shirt.  Heather Smedley said that coach Brad's uncle owns NY fitness in Palmyra and we would contact himm about beign a sponsor.  Mr. Killian would contact Steve Blackman who was a teenage champion int the powercurl as a teen to possibly be a sponsor or a guest at the event.
